Master’s Level Intern
Mackenzie Wright is a Master’s Level Intern at The Refuge Center. She is currently enrolled at Belmont University in the Marriage and Family track for Mental Health Counseling and will graduate in 2026. She graduated from Maryville College with a Bachelor’s in counseling psychology and a Minor in Child Trauma and Resilience.
Mackenzie is passionate about working with children and families who are seeking therapy. She utilizes play therapy techniques and person-centered therapy skills to help clients feel as comfortable and heard as possible. She looks forward to meeting new clients and walking alongside them on their therapy journey.
