Master’s Level Intern
Sarah Wascomb is a Master’s Level Intern studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Integrated Studies with concentrations in Psychology, Social Work, and Health & Human Performance, along with a minor in Psychology. Sarah is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association.
Sarah brings a deep appreciation for the transformative power of therapy, valuing community, self-reflection, and gentleness in healing and growth. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and explore their stories, emotions, and dreams. Sarah takes a holistic and collaborative approach with her clients, integrating techniques such as mindfulness, parts language, and motivational interviewing into care, adapting to each individual client’s needs.
